Interpreter Education
Teaching Interpreting
Marc is currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor for the Gallaudet University, Department of Interpretation. He has been teaching Interpreting Interactions: Medical in the Spring Semester since 2014 for the Bachelors students, taught the Interpreting Medical Discourse in 2012 and Professional Practice II in 2015 for the Masters program and participated in the preparation of documentation for the department's CCIE application.
Previously he taught virtually for Wright State University in their Interpreter Education Program. The course was called Interpreting Through Technology, and originally had been developed in WebCT, and then later updated for the Desire2Learn implementation at Wright State called Pilot. Due to a change from quarters to semesters, the course was dropped from the curriculum in 2012.
